About the Project
Tessi Ross, founder of Nourish and Flow Coaching, came into this project ready to create a brand and online presence that could hold the depth of her work with clarity and care. As a holistic nurse coach, consultant, author, and chronic illness survivor, Tessi’s work is rooted in lived experience, professional insight, and a deep belief in whole person wellbeing.
This project was created as part of the Nurse Coach Launch program, customised to support Tessi through both the strategic and creative parts of bringing her business to life.
Project Goals
Clarify the direction of Nourish and Flow Coaching before design began.
Create a brand identity that feels warm, grounded, and professional.
Design a one page website that introduces Tessi, her approach, and her offer with ease.
Give the business a strong foundation for launch and future growth.
One on One Coaching with Meg Laidlaw
The project began with one on one coaching sessions with Meg, a coach within the Nurse Coach Launch journey. This gave Tessi space to step back, reflect, and bring more clarity to the heart of her business. The coaching created a strong foundation for the creative work that followed. It gave the project more depth, more focus, and a clearer understanding of what the brand needed to communicate.
Brand Design
The brand identity for Nourish and Flow Coaching was created around a feeling of grounded movement. Tessi’s work supports people who are navigating burnout, chronic illness, life transitions, and seasons where the old ways of living no longer feel sustainable. The brand was designed to hold both nourishment and forward motion. Soft organic elements bring warmth and care, while the overall structure keeps the identity feeling clear, trustworthy, and refined. The result is a brand that feels gentle without feeling fragile, professional without feeling clinical, and holistic without becoming vague.
Custom One-Page Website Design
The one page website for Nourish and Flow Coaching was designed to create a simple, welcoming, and clear experience for visitors. The page introduces Tessi’s work, her story, her approach, and her introductory coaching session in a way that feels natural and easy to move through. Each section was created to build trust gradually, helping visitors understand who Tessi is, what she offers, and whether her coaching feels like the right fit for them. The layout supports warmth and clarity from the first scroll through to the final contact point. It gives Nourish and Flow Coaching a strong digital home for launch, while leaving room for the brand and website to grow as the business continues to evolve.
