8.1 Website and technology providers

This includes website hosting, WordPress services, website security, backups, form processing and CookieYes for recording cookie preferences.

8.2 Google Analytics

Google Analytics may process technical and usage information where you have consented to analytics cookies.

8.3 Kit

Kit is used to manage newsletter subscriptions and send email communications. Kit may process your name, email address, subscription information and email engagement information.

8.4 Moxie

Moxie is used for consultation bookings, client management, proposals, contracts, invoices, forms, project communication and client portals.

8.5 Payment providers

PayPal, Stripe and Wise may process payment, transaction and identity information when you make a payment.

These providers may act as independent data controllers for some of the information they process.

8.6 Business service providers

Personal information may also be processed by email providers, cloud storage providers, file transfer services, video meeting providers, accounting services, business administration software and artificial intelligence service providers where used.

Certain final design files or project records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary to provide future support, confirm ownership or maintain an accurate portfolio record.

For a United Kingdom sole trader, this will generally be at least five years after the relevant Self Assessment submission deadline.
