A VIP Design Day is a one day design intensive where I focus entirely on your brand, website or marketing needs. No long timelines, no drawn-out revisions, just clear direction and real progress.
This works best when you already know what you need and want it done properly without weeks of back and forth. We work closely, make decisions in real time, and move through the work with momentum. By the end of the day, you’ll have completed design work ready to use.

Before your VIP Day, we define 1 or 2 clear priorities so the time is focused on what matters most. Depending on your project, this could include:

Start by filling out the form or booking a 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through your project, make sure it’s the right fit, and secure your VIP Day.
BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY
We define your priorities during a focused strategy call. I’ll check in ahead of your date to confirm details so everything is clear going in.
VIP DAY
I work through your agreed priorities for your brand, website, or marketing assets, with progress updates and quick check-ins throughout the day.
AFTER VIP DAY
You’ll receive 1 hour of follow-up edits and 7 days of email support for anything related to what we completed.

HOW AVAILABLE DO I NEED TO BE DURING MY VIP DAY?
You’ll need to be available for quick feedback throughout the day. We’ll stay in touch via WhatsApp, or Facebook, whatever works best for you.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
Investment is $1,750 / £1,300
A 50% deposit secures your VIP Design Day. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY VIP DAY?
VIP Days are limited, so refunds are not available. You can reschedule up to 7 days before your date and rebook within 3 months.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?
If you need more time, you can book another full day or half day at a reduced rate.
WHAT DO I NEED TO HAVE PREPARED BEFORE WE START?
Before your VIP Day, you’ll need your content, images, and any relevant brand materials ready. I’ll check in ahead of your date to confirm everything and gather anything else needed so we can make the most of the day.
