1. Free Consultation
On a 30 minute call, we’ll talk through your business, your current website if you have one, and what you need the new site to do. From there, I’ll put together the right scope and quote.
2. Get Ready to Build
Once your project is booked, you’ll receive clear content guidance, a simple project timeline, and everything you need to prepare before design begins. You will always know what is needed from you and what comes next.
3. Your Website Takes Shape
I’ll design and build your site around your business, offers, and the people you want to reach. We refine it together, then I handle the final details so you are ready to share it.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you reach out. We will talk through your business, what you need help with, and what you are hoping to change or create. From there, I can point you toward the service that makes the most sense for your project.
WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
Website design projects start from $2,500 / £1,500, depending on scope. Every project is priced based on what you need and the level of support involved. The best way to get an accurate quote is to book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.
Payment plans available.
Payments are made by invoice through PayPal or Wise, in either British Pounds (GBP) or US Dollars (USD).
WHICH WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I mainly design and build websites on WordPress, Squarespace and Wix. If you have a preference for a particular platform, just let me know in your inquiry form.
WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TIMELINES?
Timelines vary depending on scope and how quickly you can provide content and feedback. Website projects typically take 1–4 weeks.
HOW SOON CAN WE START?
I take on a limited number of clients each month so every project gets the focus it deserves. I’m typically booking 4–6 weeks in advance, which gives us the right amount of time to plan, gather content and prep before we dive into the work.
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE WE START?
For website projects, you’ll need a few key things in place: existing branding (logo, colours and fonts), website content (don’t worry, I’ll guide you through it) and any images you’d like to use. You’ll also need an account with your chosen platform or hosting provider, and if you’re not sure where to start, I can help with that too.
If you don’t have branding yet, you can add a brand design service so I can create your brand identity before we begin the website.
DO YOU WRITE CONTENT FOR MY WEBSITE?
I don’t write website content, but I’ll guide you through the process and provide a clear content plan showing exactly what’s needed for each page.
CAN YOU UPDATE MY EXISTING WEBSITE?
If you have an existing website that needs updating rather than a full redesign, please get in touch with details about your site and what you’re looking to change. A VIP Design Day might also be a good fit for smaller updates.
WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE EDITS ON MY WEBSITE?
Yes. After your site launches, you’ll get access to walkthrough videos showing you how to make edits and updates yourself, plus 14 days of email support for any questions.
DO YOU OFFER ONGOING SUPPORT?
Yes. Once we wrap up your project, I offer continued support at a discounted client rate. Whether it’s updates, tweaks or new design needs, you’ll have access to help when you need it.
