Before launch, your website is tested across devices and screen sizes. Performance, responsiveness, image optimization, and SEO best practices are applied to ensure a smooth experience. The goal is a site that feels effortless to use and reliable from day one.

Your brand and website go live, ready to be shared. You will receive polished mockups and 14 days of post launch email support to help with questions or adjustments as you settle in. Ongoing support is available afterward through hourly support or a retainer.

Pricing depends on the offer and scope. Website projects typically start from $2,500 / £1,500, and brand and website projects from $5,000 / £4,000.
The best way to get an accurate quote is to book a complimentary 30-minute discovery call.
You can pay in full or spread the investment across a payment plan that works with the project timeline.
WHICH WEBSITE PLATFORMS DO YOU WORK WITH?
I mainly design and build websites on WordPress, Squarespace and Wix. If you have a preference for a particular platform, just let me know in your inquiry form.
WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL TIMELINES?
Timelines vary depending on scope and how quickly you can provide content and feedback.
VIP Design Days are completed in a single day with a 24-hour turnaround.
Website projects typically take 1–4 weeks.
Branding and website projects take 6–8 weeks.
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE WE START?
For website projects, you’ll need a few key things in place: existing branding (logo, colours and fonts), website content (don’t worry, I’ll guide you through it) and any images you’d like to use. You’ll also need an account with your chosen platform or hosting provider, and if you’re not sure where to start, I can help with that too.
If you don’t have branding yet, you can add a brand design service so I can create your brand identity before we begin the website.
DO YOU WRITE CONTENT FOR MY WEBSITE?
I don’t write website content, but I’ll guide you through the process and provide a clear content plan showing exactly what’s needed for each page.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A BRAND AND WEBSITE?
No problem at all. Whether you’re ready for a full refresh or want to build on what you already have, we’ll start by figuring out what’s working, what’s not and what needs to evolve. From there, I’ll refine and rebuild so everything feels considered and works together.
WILL I BE ABLE TO MAKE EDITS ON MY WEBSITE?
Yes. After your site launches, you’ll get access to walkthrough videos showing you how to make edits and updates yourself, plus 14 days of email support for any questions.
DO YOU OFFER ONGOING SUPPORT?
Yes. Once we wrap up your project, I offer continued support at a discounted client rate. Whether it’s updates, tweaks or new design needs, you’ll have access to help when you need it.
