This website is operated by Martina Zavacka, a sole trader trading as Dream Wild Studio, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Information provided on the Website about branding, website design, design days and other services is general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee that Dream Wild Studio will accept a project.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve availability.

Any proposal, service agreement, contract, statement of work or service specific terms entered into between you and Dream Wild Studio forms a separate agreement.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and an applicable client agreement or service specific terms concerning a paid service, the client agreement or service specific terms will take precedence.

Project scope, payment terms, timelines, cancellations, revisions, intellectual property rights and other service specific conditions will be governed by the relevant client agreement or service specific terms.

4. WEBSITE INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER

Dream Wild Studio makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and current. However, Website content may occasionally be incomplete, outdated or contain errors.

The Website and its content are provided for general informational purposes. They should not be treated as legal, financial, technical or other professional advice.

Dream Wild Studio does not guarantee that:

1. The Website will always be available, secure or free from errors.
2. Website content will always be complete, accurate or current.

You may view the Website for your own personal or internal business reference.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, licence, display or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission from Dream Wild Studio or the relevant rights holder.

Nothing on the Website grants you ownership of any intellectual property or permission to use client work displayed within the portfolio.

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND AUTOMATED USE

You may not use Website content, portfolio work, written copy, graphics, photographs, templates or other Dream Wild Studio materials as input for a generative artificial intelligence tool without prior written permission.

You may not use Website content to train, develop, test or improve an artificial intelligence system, machine learning system, dataset or automated content generation service.

You may not use automated tools to reproduce Dream Wild Studio branding, website layouts, written content or portfolio work.

7. PORTFOLIO WORK

Dream Wild Studio may display completed client work, testimonials and project information where permitted under the relevant client agreement or with the client’s consent.

The inclusion of client work on the Website does not transfer ownership of that work to Website visitors or give visitors permission to copy, reproduce or adapt it.

Testimonials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the clients who provided them. They do not guarantee that every client will achieve the same result.

8. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

The Website may contain links to websites, platforms, software, products or services operated by third parties.

The remaining parts of the Terms will continue to apply.

Any waiver must be confirmed in writing and will apply only to the specific circumstances for which it was given.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

If you use the Website as a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and protections available under the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.

If you use the Website for business purposes, the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
