About Project
The Nurse Coach Advantage is a holistic wellness company founded to empower nurse coaches and clients through a blend of coaching and support. When they approached me, their goal was to build a cohesive brand and website that would reflect their values and speak to two unique audiences: nurses interested in joining the coaching program and individuals seeking coaching services. This project included a complete brand identity and the design and development of a custom WordPress website with a companion Resources site.

Brand Design
The branding process started with a deep dive into the essence of The Nurse Coach Advantage. Our goal was to craft a visual identity that felt grounded, warm, and inspiring. The chosen color palette pairs earthy browns with subtle gold accents, a combination that evokes trust, wisdom, and transformation. The centrepiece of the logo is a tree enclosed within a circle. The tree symbolizes growth, strength, and interconnectedness, while the circle reinforces the brand’s holistic philosophy, one that integrates mind, body, and spirit. This symbol became a powerful representation of the supportive and nurturing environment the business provides for both nurses and clients.
Website Design
Once the brand identity was complete, I designed and developed a custom WordPress website using the Divi theme, selected for its flexibility and long-term scalability. The website needed to clearly guide two types of users: nurses looking to become coaches and clients looking for coaching support. The homepage was carefully structured to serve both audiences equally, with intuitive navigation and strategic calls-to-action. Every page is mobile-responsive and optimized for accessibility, creating a seamless experience across all devices.
To support the internal coaching community, I also developed a companion Resources site exclusively for coaches who are part of The Nurse Coach Advantage program. This platform functions as a hub for tools, templates, learning materials, and community updates.
