Dream Wild Studio Power Hour – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
All Power Hour sessions must be booked through the online scheduler.
Once you select your date and time, you’ll be asked to provide contact and billing details for the invoice.
The cost of the session is $250 / £200 for a 60-minute consultation.
An invoice will be sent via email, and payment is required to confirm your booking.
Sessions are confirmed only once payment has been received in full.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and the full session fee will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the session fee is forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Pre-Session Questionnaire
A short pre-session questionnaire must be completed at least 48 hours before your session.
This ensures the session is focused, efficient, and aligned with your goals.
If the form is not submitted on time, Dream Wild Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session.
Session Delivery
Power Hour sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Please arrive on time. Sessions begin promptly and will end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late.
Session recordings are not provided.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to share any relevant materials (e.g., brand assets, project links, screenshots) prior to or during the session, if applicable.
Please ensure your internet connection, camera, and audio are working properly ahead of time.
Confidentiality & Use of Information
All information shared during the session will be treated as confidential.
Dream Wild Studio may share general insights or outcomes from Power Hour sessions for educational or promotional purposes, but no client-specific details or proprietary materials will be used without permission.
No Guarantees
Guidance, creative advice, and professional recommendations are provided during the session, but specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for implementing the advice and strategies discussed.
Liability
Dream Wild Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of information or advice shared during the session.
Clients are solely responsible for any actions or decisions taken based on the session’s content.
Changes to Terms
Dream Wild Studio reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to booking.
