About Project
Meg Laidlaw founded Profound Wellness on a belief in natural healing and wellness that lasts. When she reached out, she was looking for a brand and a website that could hold those values without losing warmth or feeling clinical. What we shaped together is an earthy, unhurried presence, one that reads as professional and genuinely caring in the same glance, and gives her audience an experience that feels easy from the very first click.

Brand Design
Everything started with listening, getting to the heart of what Profound Wellness stands for and who Meg most wants to reach. Three ideas kept surfacing: tranquillity, natural healing, and a real connection to the earth. Those became the compass for the whole identity.
At the centre sits a delicate leaf, chosen as a quiet emblem of growth, renewal and balance, the very things holistic coaching sets out to nurture. Around it, a palette of earthy greens and soft neutrals brings a sense of calm and grounded clarity, while the typography stays pared back and approachable so nothing competes with that stillness. Each decision traces back to one philosophy: wellness expressed through simplicity and nature.
Custom Website Design
With the identity in place, the site became the space to bring it to life. The layout is open and uncluttered, leaning on generous white space and gentle colour so visitors can settle in and actually absorb what they’re reading. Services, testimonials and contact each have their own clear home, structured to be as easy to act on as they are to find. Because a wellness audience so often browses between moments, on a phone, between appointments, on the move, responsiveness was treated as essential rather than a finishing touch. However someone arrives, the experience stays smooth, considered and unmistakably Profound Wellness.
